You will receive a comprehensive digital report that includes: colour thermal images of problem areas, a plain-English explanation of each issue, and a savings estimate (kWh and dollars) over a 5-year period if identified issues are resolved.

How are the savings estimates calculated?

We base savings on your typical energy use, HVAC share of energy consumption, condition of the envelope (insulation, air-leaks), local climate and current electricity rate. While estimates are indicative, they are grounded in industry benchmarks and our experience.
